Rhaegan Jackson is the Government Relations Policy Analyst at Focus Public Affairs. She started as an intern during the 2017 long session where she gained the skills and knowledge base for state government affairs in the NC General Assembly regarding a range of issues and industries. In her current role, Rhaegan monitors key legislative committees, analyzes legislation, and completes legislative research to aid in the evaluation process of current, past, and future legislation. She has expanded her role into lobbying for several of the firm’s clients.
Rhaegan has a multi-concentration degree in Sociology, International Relations, and Spanish. During college, she was an investigative intern with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and worked alongside the legal mediation team to settle and mediate cases of discrimination and unfair treatment in the workplace. Paired with her previous state and federal experience, Rhaegan’s skills bring a unique perspective to government affairs.
